The first thing that Wiyada does every morning is make the coffee. The next thing
she does is set up the meeting room. While the daily meeting is going on she takes notes.
Then after that she usually opens and sorts through the mail, putting aside the most important
letters for Mr. Johnson’s immediate attention. After that Mr. Johnson usually calls her in to
discuss some emails. She usually takes a coffee break after discussing emails. After her coffee
break, she types emails until lunchtime. she usually eats lunch at 12:30. She continues with
the routine correspondence until her coffee break at 3 p.m. After her coffee break she tries
to clear up any little jobs that she still has to do like photocopying, making phone calls and
maybe some filing. She also has to bring Mr. Johnson’s diary up to date so that he knows
what he has to do the next day. She goes home at 5 o’clock if she’s lucky.
