Listen to the dialog and fill in the blanks.
Wiyada: Well, this is your office.
	 	 How do you like it?
	 Ann: It’s nice; very compact.
Wiyada: Yes, new technology and IT have made offices a lot less cluttered. This is your

desk and work area. You have your own printer, but there is also access to the
networked printers, which are in the main office. That’s the fax machine, and the
          photocopy machine is over there.
Ann: My old office was full of filing cabinets.
Wiyada: W ell, we have the document files there. Those are for our overseas clients. There
are other files in the main office, and there are still one or two filing cabinets.
Of course, most files and documents are stored in computers these days.
Ann: Yes, does everyone have use of a computer?
Wiyada: Yes, apart from the cleaning staff of course. The managers have laptops supplied
by the company, but any repairs or losses have to be paid out of their own pock-
          ets.
Ann: I prefer a PC, but I do have my own notebook computer at home.
Wiyada: Mr. Johnson prefers us to use the office computers because of the confidentiality
          issues.
Ann: Yes, of course. Where are the general admin files kept?
Wiyada: T he admin staff in the main office have copies on their computers, and Mr. John-
son likes to keep a back-up, which he has in his office.
Ann: What about the office supplies?
Wiyada: T hose are kept in the storage cupboard, which is next to the kitchen and the
          utility room. I’ll show you.
	 Ann: Thanks.
