II Read the following dialogue and complete the information in the following message form.
At Mr. Larsen’s Office
There’s a call for Mr. Larsen who’s on holiday in Spain at present. Suwimon Meechai, his
secretary, answers the phone and then writes a message for Mr. Larsen.
Suwimon: Mr. Larsen’s office. Good morning.
Mr. Kramer: Good morning. Could I speak to Mr. Larsen, please?
Suwimon: I’m afraid Mr. Larsen’s on holiday in Spain at present.
Mr. Kramer: Do you know when he’ll be back?
Suwimon: Not later than next Tuesday. May I take a message?
Mr. Kramer: Y es, could you tell him that I’d like to invite him and his wife to come to
the grand opening of our new office on November 25th at 10:00 a.m.? I’ll send
him an invitation card within this week.
Suwimon: May I also have your name and number, please? Just in case Mr. Larsen wants
to get back to you when he comes back.
Mr. Kramer: C ertainly. This is John Kramer of Kramer Company and my number is 08 1912
2546. He can call me any time. It’s a mobile phone.
Suwimon: Could you please spell your surname?
Mr. Kramer: Kramer. K-R-A-M-E-R.
Suwimon: Thank you, Mr. Kramer. I’ll give Mr. Larsen your message.
Mr. Kramer: Thank you, goodbye.
Suwimon: Goodbye, Mr. Kramer.
