	 (This is important because poor indexing means poor finding and loss of time.)
Step 3:	 Coding. Coding is the act of marking or highlighting the name, number or subject.
	 (Make cross-reference sheets at this point.)
Step 4:	 Filing. Put the files into the folders.
	 (The files should appear chronologically with the latest date on the top.)
