A. Read the dialogue below and write out the missing parts.
Mrs. Kent, a representative from Ramson Company in Singapore has come to see Mr.
Jim Jones, the Shipping Manager. Pranee is meeting her at the reception desk.
Receptionist: Mrs. Kent, let me introduce Miss Pranee, Mr. Jones’ secretary. And Miss
Pranee 1) .
Mrs. Kent: I’m pleased to meet you.
Pranee: 2) . Could you follow me
to my off ice, please? Mr. Jones is with our Managing Director at the moment.

Mrs. Kent: Thank you.
