II Read the follow dialogue and complete the information in the following message form. Mr.
Ralph Backer of Blooming Corporation calls Mr. Jim Jones, the Shipping Manager of Suk-
hothai Trading Company, about the next delivery date to him. He’s now talking to
Mr. Jones’ secretary, Pranee Metawan.
Pranee: Mr. Jones’ office. Good morning.
Mr. Backer: I’d like to speak to Mr. Jones, please.
Pranee: I’m afraid Mr. Jones’s not in the office at the moment.
Can I take a message?
Mr. Backer: Yes. Could you tell him that I called? This is Ralph Backer.
Please ask him to call me back as soon as he gets back.
Pranee: Could you repeat your name for me, please?
Mr. Backer: Backer. B-A-C-K-E-R.
Pranee: D-A-C-K-E-R. Is that right?
Mr. Backer: No, it’s B for Baker, not D for Dog. B-A-C-K-E-R.

Pranee: I’ll let him know when he comes in.
