Situation 3 H aving read the memo and the report on “The Simple Strategy”, the Heads of
Department attend a meeting, called by Mr. William Johnson, the Managing
Director, to discuss his decision to introduce office automation.

(This happened before STC installed all the modern equipment which you read
about in unit 2.)
