The first stage - Task automation
      So if you are in the initial stages of office automation, you should not bother with

conceptual discussions. Your strategy should be simple — try to use more electronics for your
individual business convenience. However, it is extremely important that the equipment and
components you purchase be reliable and durable.

      I call this first stage of automation “task automation,” which can then become the basis
for higher level of office automation.

The second stage - Operation automation
      If your office is already equipped sufficiently with task automation, you should consider

operation automation as the next step. By operation automation, I mean the use of electronic
technology for improving the efficiency of key sectors of your business operations. The focus here
