Dialog 2:	John Smith is calling Susan Day, Arin’s colleague. They all work at the Chamber of
          Commerce.

	 Arin:	 Hello. Arin speaking.
	 Smith:	 Hi, Arin. Is Susan there?
	 Arin:	 Yes, but she’s on the other line right now, Khun John. Can I take a message?
	 Smith:	 Yes, please tell her I’d like to see her when she’s free.
	 Arin:	 Yes, I’ll give her the message.
	 Smith:	 Thanks. Bye.

Dialog 3:	 Arin is answering the call for Susan Day.
	 Arin:	 Hello. Arin speaking.
	 Wilson:	 H i, can I speak to Ms. Susan Day, please? This is Robert Wilson of SKT Corporation.
	 Arin:	 I’m afraid Ms. Day’s in a meeting at the moment, Mr. Wilson. Would you like

          to leave a message for her?
	 Wilson:	 Yes, please. Could you please ask her to call me? It’s about her trip to New York.
	 Arin:	 Does she have your number?
	 Wilson:	 Yes, I think so, but let me give it to you just in case. It’s 0-2251-1526.
